How to make a decision that will affect your team?

How to make a decision that will affect your team?
We all enter into the corporate world immediately when we get into job and everyone knows how tough it is going to be. Every day we have to make decisions so that we can live happily. But there are certain times when we have to make decision that may not be good for us or others but will definitely benefit the company. Mainly when it comes to the managers of the company there are many things they should do and they should make decisions everyday so that the company would be benefited.
So now I am going to express how to make a decision taken by a manager or a employee should take decision that will definitely affect our team. Making a decision itself is tough and hard and making a decision which will affect our team is much more difficult than that.
Example: a company ABC ltd. is going into losses and want to terminate or dismiss some employees and reduce the salaries of the employees so that the company can decrease its expense to some extent and gave this decision to the managers and told them to carry this duty. So now should take a very tough decision and carry this duty. And this affect the team as well.
Now manager see to that they should terminate those employees who are giving less performance on last in last out basis. And also reduce the salaries that are performing low. This will greatly affect team because even though they are low performers they might do well in team projects or team works. So this will definitely affect the team basis on a very large scale.

Let’s discuss more on how a manager should take the decision:
How to make these decisions can be learnt in many MBA/PGDM colleges. I refer Taxila business school which is one of the Top business school in India.

Does this advantage the long term vision for the office?
There are a huge number of decisions about going up against new ventures or new customers, enhancing tasks or presenting new programming.
The most essential thing to ask yourself before settling on a choice in either course is whether it will profit the long haul vision for the office.
In medium-to-expansive estimated organizations, there are a great deal of leaders who frequently settle on contending choices that end up squandering assets or not adding up to adequate outcomes.
To dodge this, dependably think: about the ultimate objective and settle on beyond any doubt the choice's outcomes will enable you to arrive.

Do my workers have what it takes and assets to achieve this objective?
It might appear to be alluring to open another establishment in another nation, yet do you have workers that talk the dialect and will move?
If not, do you have the assets to put resources into finding and preparing new workers?
Prior to settling on a choice, it's essential to assess your present circumstance and ensure you have qualified staff and allotted assets to enable you to accomplish the objective.

What do you workers think about this?
The fact of the matter is a supervisor does not have to settle on a choice without anyone else.
You have procured and prepared your employees;therefore, you realize that their sentiments matter and their voices are significant.
In the event that you are settling on a choice that will influence them, why not include them in the basic leadership process?

For what reason may my workers be impervious to this?
In the event that a thought appears to be extraordinary to you, however you have examined it with your partners and they have voiced a few concerns, don't simply reject them without giving them watchful idea.
Chiefs frequently overlook their representatives and imagine that they are basically sluggish or skeptical, when they may just observe a bit of the riddle that you have missed.
On the off chance that you realize that your representatives are experts in their own particular rights, give them an opportunity to clarify their worries, and cooperate to address them without just overlooking them and proceeding onward.

So in order to make these decisions you have to join in best MBA college in India or Topbusiness school in India.

Graphical representation of socio-economic life of uber/ola drivers

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

These days everyone are using cabs to travel from one place to another.

Uber and Ola are the cab services which are mostly used in India by the customers.

And due to these services many people who are not using the cab services before are now preferring travelling only through these cabs.

Uber and Ola has become most trusted cab services in India.

Many are preferring these cab services because there is no need to go outside and search the cabs.

The cabs come to the places where ever we are and drop at our desired location.

There are ratings and reviews for each driver.

We can select drivers according to their ratings.

Drivers are also very comfortable with Uber and Ola services.

Their work is also reduced. Previously they should go here and there and search for customers.

Now these platforms provide these customers without any effort.

Even if any luggage or bags or mobile phones are left accidentally or unintentionally they deliver their items to customers directly.
