managers of the company there are many things they should do and they should
make decisions everyday so that the company would be benefited.
So now I am going to express how to
make a decision taken by a manager or a employee should take decision that will
definitely affect our team. Making a decision itself is tough and hard and
making a decision which will affect our team is much more difficult than that.
Example:
a company ABC ltd. is going into losses and want to terminate or dismiss some
employees and reduce the salaries of the employees so that the company can
decrease its expense to some extent and gave this decision to the managers and
told them to carry this duty. So now should take a very tough decision and
carry this duty. And this affect the team as well.
Now manager
see to that they should terminate those employees who are giving less
performance on last in last out basis. And also reduce the salaries that are
performing low. This will greatly affect team because even though they are low
performers they might do well in team projects or team works. So this will
definitely affect the team basis on a very large scale.
